About
A medium facilitates communication between the living and their loved ones who have passed on.
I connect you with the person you need to hear from and “translate” or pass on the information I receive. I work with a lot of help from Spirit to keep the readings safe and accurate. My personal love is helping people, and mediumship allows me to help people on both sides, living and in Spirit. I provide both group/platform and individual readings.
I understand that not everyone can afford the usual fees for a reading and keep my fee negotiable; I am willing to do trades, when applicable, and I believe in using a sliding scale for group readings. This is a service that everyone should have access to, and I do my best to provide readings for everyone who needs them.

Q: Isn’t what you do scary?
A: No, not at all. I am communicating with people - and that’s it, regardless of what side they are on. As in our world, some are more pleasant than others, but I’m far more nervous of flesh and blood humans than those who’ve passed on.
Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes. I work with several Guides, Angels and my own ancestors (family, friends and even pets) who are asked to keep us all safe. The Angels are the big surprise to me. Thirty years ago, I would have said Angels are the ones in medieval paintings that have wings. Now, I have four that work with me.
I only communicate with those who “Walk in the Light”. That means that my Angels and Guides only allow those who are in the Light to come through. You may end up communicating with someone who wasn’t very nice when alive, but they’ve been helped on the other side, OR someone comes with them to communicate. For instance, I had to tell a man that he wasn’t at all like his father, as his father came through and was a nasty, abusive man in life. The father didn’t come close to me but stood behind me.
An escort was the one that came forward. I could feel the man behind the escort, but he never spoke or did anything. He just communicated “monster” to me, and I was able to tell the living man that he didn’t have to be worried about being at all like his father.
Q: I want to talk to someone specific. Will you bring them forward for me?
A: The answer to that is “maybe.” What is often said in this type of work is that you get who you need, not who you want. Sometimes the person comes through that the living want to talk with, sometimes it’s someone else. Regardless, the person that comes through is someone who has something to communicate to you, and it is important for them to talk to you.
Q: How many readings have you done?
A: I have no idea, but I have been doing this for over a decade. Most readings have happened spontaneously, when out shopping or (particularly and peculiarly) at craft fairs, so I don’t usually have the names of the people I’ve spoken with. If a Spirit comes through and I can communicate to someone for them, I will do so. As far as formal readings, I have done group work as well as individual work, and that adds up. I’ve been doing this voluntarily for a while.
Q: Do you charge for a group (platform) reading?
A: Yes. Depending on the number of people, it can be a sliding scale from $15 to $40. Usually, it’s around $20.00 per person.
Q: How did you learn you could speak to those who have passed on?
A: I have always felt energy, and have been able to “feel” places since I was a kid. My Mom’s side of the family is Scottish, and these sorts of abilities are throughout that side of the family.
My mentor, with whom I once had a professional health-care relationship, sent me to a workshop to learn how to be a medium about a decade ago. I learned that day that I could speak to those who’ve passed on, and that it was no big deal to do it. In fact, it was shockingly easy, I just didn’t realize that what I had been feeling actually could mean something to someone else. I’ve since really learned what works for me (all mediums are different) and have become better over time.
Q: Why do you do this?
A: Because I like helping people, and I can help people on both sides by doing this work.
Q: Then why do you charge money?
A: Most mediums charge around $400 or so. I keep it lower so that more people can afford the service.
I am also willing to do payment in kind (trades).
Q: How do you actually communicate? Do you see people? Do you hear them?
A: Mostly, I feel things from them. At times, I see images, or I’ve ‘heard’ a word or part of a word. It depends on who is coming through and how much energy they can muster for it, I think. I really don’t know how they work over There. I do know that I have often done gestures that meant nothing to me, but the living person knew exactly what was meant. I have also seen a lot of symbols over time that meant something to the person I was reading for. I have smelled things (cigarette smoke, sweet perfume, etc.) at times and that can carry meaning. For the most part, I feel things and information that I “translate” into English for the living person.
Q: I feel like my loved one is around. Do I need you to talk to them?
A: No, never. You can talk to them anytime. You can say things out loud, or just in your head. They will hear you and understand you. Love is always with you, it only changes form.
Q: Do you do other things than mediumship?
A: Yes. I have cleared homes and work spaces. I can feel that energy and move it on if needed. If it’s really a big job that I don’t feel I can do, I will most definitely tell you. That hasn’t happened yet, but there’s always a first time. I have counselled people about spiritual issues, and have taught people how to deal with things that may be happening in their homes or to them.
